Neighborhood Title Services is an approved agent for Chicago Title Insurance Company which is one of the leading Title Insurance Underwriters in the United States. The firm has found that Chicago responsibly addresses any title insurance claims made and works diligently with members of the firm to address pre- or post-closing issues so that transactions can take place in a timely fashion with full insurance coverage in place.
